*Tibetan Bowl Healing session (1 hour)
A sound healing session that provides emotional, mental, and physical benefits. Very beneficial for people with anxiety, stress, and depression. The introductory price is $50.
*Private Hatha Yoga session (1 hour)
A customized session taking your goals and your current state of mind and body into consideration. The introductory price is $50.
*Private Meditation session (1 hour)
A guided meditation including breath exercises to keep the body and mind still. The introductory price is $50.
*Essential Oils Therapy session (1 hour)
A very gentle treatment combining Aromatherapy with a light touch, increasing the immune system and overall well-being. The introductory price is $70.
All introductory sessions include a 15-minute intake.
*One-on-one ‘Empower and Inspire Yourself’ workshop (4 hours)
How to attract what you really want in life using the secrets of your mind and vibration. In every lesson, you will get private coaching, ready-to-use tools, and notes via email. Every lesson takes 1 hour. Available online or in-person. Total costs: $150.
